By accessing or using the services provided by PAIR Rise, PMA("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Description of Services
RestaurantAdvantage provides AI-powered invoice auditing services for restaurants, including but not limited to:
- Invoice scanning and error detection
- Price monitoring and alerts
- Vendor compliance tracking
- Dispute generation and tracking
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by PAIR Rise, PMA and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not interfere with or disrupt the services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Savings estimates and error detection are based on algorithmic analysis and may not be 100% accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAIR Rise, PMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAIR Rise, PMA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
